A Difficult Piece to Place
From a sudden burst of anger to an irritated silence, it's a flare of emotion that's hard to explain. Why has this feeling suddenly overcome me; why this unsolicited disdain? It comes and stays, lingering far too long, then vanishes quickly, as if it had never come at all. This isn't always the case though as sometimes it's a struggle; fighting these unwarranted emotions that get you in lots of trouble. Eventually the battle comes to an end and you kiss and make up with your lover or friend. Though, it's confusing this feeling and troublesome it seems as it's hard to say where it began or answer the question of "will it come again?". There's a fear of this unknown; questions unanswered are like an itch in the mind. After a moment the solution becomes clear: adapt or dive. To be more specific, the adaptation takes self reflection and the expedition under the surface is a search for significance. In either case it's a hunt for details in a sea of memories; the flakes of truth among the rocks off the coast. In the end it's nothing more than a puzzle piece scattered across a table of mixed emotions and once in it's place all will be right once again. It's easy to forget when wrapped up in focus, but since this ones tough I'll give you a notice: as with most puzzles the placement is more obvious when the perspective is shared. Do as you please, but remember this well.
